Where is SWIMS from?
SWIMS is a global Norwegian lifestyle brand, based in Oslo, Norway. Founded in 2006, SWIMS reached fame with its reinvention of the classic rubber galosh and has since expanded its range to include footwear, apparel, and accessories for the modern man. SWIMS reinvents classics that are smart, elegant, weather friendly, and infused with utility. Read our story here.

 

What is a galosh? 
A galosh is an overshoe designed to be worn over leather dress shoes to protect them from rain, snow, slush and general wear and tear. You can find more information about our galoshes here.

 

How do I choose the right size for shoes, galoshes or apparel?

I just purchased the products, but now I see there's a sale. Can I apply the sale discount on my purchases?
Unfortunately, we only honor offers at the time of the purchase. They cannot be applied to previous orders / purchases. 

 

What are your shipping methods and costs?
*** Please note that we are temporiraly turning off the shipping service to Canada. Sorry for the inconvience ***
All our orders are being shipped and delivered by UPS.

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150, shipped via UPS Ground (delivery within 1-5 business days). Standard shipping charges of $9.99 will be applied to orders less than $150.
    *Qualifying orders must be shipped within the contiguous United States. 
  • Please allow for extra processing time in addition to the current estimated shipping time.
  • All online orders that are submitted after 12pm Eastern Standard time or over the weekend will be processed within 48 hours.
  • Please expect delays during the holidays period.

 

How do I return a product I purchased?

Please Note: For orders purchased at 50% off or more, exchange or store credit only. No exchange or return for products purchased at 70% off and above.

We offer easy returns within 14 days of your order delivery. We accept returns of products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please note, returns on orders placed within US will incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Click here to initiate your return/exchange.

Please note that exchanges are one-time only. Exchanges that are returned are only eligible for store credit.

Please note that we will not ship out your exchange order until your returned merchandise has been mailed back to us, and we cannot guarantee inventory availability until this time. If you’re looking for a quicker option, the fastest way to exchange your products is to start a return on the original order and place a new order. Be aware that you may be liable to pay customs and sales tax as a customer imports the good(s) to Canada. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that possible customs or import duty charges will not be refunded, should you wish to return your order.

 

Can I return used products? 
Please note that you will not be refunded when returning used products, and all returns must be made within 14 days after the purchase. All goods returned for refund must be unused with original packaging intact. See our return policy here.

 

Questions pertaining to late returns:
Late return requests from Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions are accepted during the first 2 weeks of January of the following year. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
All other non-holiday related late returns are subject for review and management’s approval. Returned items must meet pristine conditions and be in its original packaging

Do you sell or replace shoe laces?
No sorry, we do not sell or replace shoe laces / any parts of the shoes.
